Blu-rays and DVDs look great, but without a high-definition way to experiencing it, they somewhat go to waste, unless you own a home theater system, in which case, you fully understand the joy of watching a something with crystal clear surround sound fidelity and in high definition on your vast TV screen. However, as with any good thing, there’s a few downsides, the mast aesthetic of which is the bundles of wires trailing from one thing to another to connect all of the devices together, making it a pain to move the system once it’s placed. But technology has once again advanced and we are no longer using wires for information transmission, instead many things are done without wires and it’s making the minimalist’s dream in the process. If you hate those ugly wires stretching around your system, then you’ll want to look at a some wireless home theater systems.
The Talent Show Fever

I’ve been back to school. Having enjoyed my winter vacation at home for nearly 5 weeks, I wrote nothing in English. Consequently, I’ve found it a bit hard to finish a composition as my teacher odered. The topic is the Talent Show Fever in China. But frankly, I’ve paid little attention to these TV programs, let alone naming a list of those who ever won the games. It’s a must-to-do homework, though. To complete it in time, I’d like to be in favor of the shows so that I can develop a few opinions more easily.
From Super Girl to Happy Boy, from My Hero to China’s Got Talent, talent shows are getting increasingly popular among China’s national and local TV programs. In recent years, however, a heated discussion has been aroused about whether this sort of show is vulgar and should be banned.
